ReplyDeleteI love that tile too, Barbara! I grew up in a house that had it in the kitchen, and then as an adult many years later bought a house with it in the kitchen and the add on 'den', which is now my studio. I have a friend who new it by the name of 'crazy tile'. It's pretty common in mid-century Memphis houses. I try not to get paint it by putting butcher paper down, but I do splatter without knowing it sometimes. Oh well.
